The Lama Foundation hosts a Teen Mindfulness Retreat annually.
Last year, one of the Common Grounds Teen Advisory members went. She asked that the program be continued in town. So, on June 26, it started under the guidance of Julie Tato. This year, we have two teens going. They will be bringing back an effort to host a 4-week teen lead mindfulness experience. Dates TBD.
This will be for Teens and teen friendly adults (as in those who may want to chaperone at other Teen events, or who currently work with Teens in other educational or support settings.)
